Technology Transfer & Enterprise Centre (TTEC) was established to enhance the Technology, Innovation and Enterprise capabilities of Singapore Polytechnic (SP). With the vision to educate and equip SP students & staff by engaging them in commercialisation activities, TTEC organized monthly event for SP stake holder.

 

Being part of the TTEC team, I'm tasked with the creation of the advertising material to promote the event to the internal/external audience. 

 

External speaker from various industries are invited to share their knowledge with the attendee. My job is to design the visual for the EDM, have it send out to to our target audience, collate and compile the registration list before coordinating with the caterer on the pax of refreshment required.

 

Other than that, I'm also the hands-on person who help in setting up the venue, registrating the attendee and assisting with the presentation.
